"Fabulous flight great staff & pilot, perfect amount of time to see Grand Canyon absolutely breathtaking"

My husband and I had done a tour out of Vegas to GC with Papillon several yrs ago which we were very happy with so we were pretty confident when we booked our Canyon River Adventure with Papillon this year and we were not disappointed. Everything was great. The plane ride over the Grand Canyon was amazing. The jeep tour into Antelope Canyon was beautiful and our guide was full of information - she even told us all what settiings to use on our cameras to get the best pictures inside the slot canyon! The float trip from Glenn Canyon to Lee's Ferry was so peaceful and awe-inspiring. Our river guide was funny and informative. About the only negative I would be able to come up with is that the float down the river may have been just a little bit long (or slow) but it probably only felt that way because the tour starts so early in the morning, by the time the end of the float trip we were getting a little tired. All in all it was a great day!

My wife had never seen the Grand Canyon and I had never flown over it so we did it together. The flight was spectacular and the music through the headsets made it even better. The canyon had heavy snow but the sun was shining so the scenery was awesome. The helicopter tour is the best way to see one of the treasures of our great country. Thanks for making it happen!

My friends and I had researched alot of companies and tours to the grand canyon and finally chose the Grand Celebration tour, departing from Boulder City with Papillon Tours. This was the 3rd time I'd been to the Grand Canyon but this time I wanted to go to the canyon floor. We didn't have much time available, so the Grand celebration tour seemed to best fit our requirements at a good price. The pick up from the hotel was on time and got us to the Boulder City Terminal without any fuss. Check in was easy and so was the rest of our journey. Our pilot was lovely and easy to chat with. Brunch on the canyon floor was nice, along with the glass of champagne. We got to take some beautiful photos of the canyon, along with Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. I'd definitely recommend this tour for people with limited time and want a glimpse of the canyon without having to travel hours to get there. The only negatives or things we would have liked were if the trip included a landing up top of the grand canyon - maybe half hour to tour the top of it. Then you get the best of both worlds - the bottom of the canyon and the top. Also, add more time to explore on the bottom of the canyon. By the time you ate your breakfast/meal there was only a short time to take a photos and look around before we had to get back on the helicopter. It was far too short a time and we flew straight out...we didn't get to see much of the canyon. Maybe a little more time flying over it. As a person who has seen the canyon a few times, it was okay, but my friends had never been there before and I felt they missed out on seeing something amazing. Still a great tour. Felt very safe in the helicopter and a very professional tour company.
